I think I'm doing something right, afterall.
The other day, I was in the shower when London decided to get herself dressed without any help. After a few minutes, she came into the bathroom to inform me of her progress. She had put on a pair of panties and over those, some panty covers, a.k.a, bloomers. I insist she wear these whenever she wears a dress or skirt. I prefer to raise a modest girl, you know.
Well, just when I thought she never listens, London pats her panty covers and informs me, "We wear these because a lady doesn't show her panties".
That's right, Sweetheart! And you are one special lady!

Go, Tigers!
Mia Hamm was never this cute!

London's first day of pre-school. She attends New Horizon's Christian Preschool. Her class is the "Dinosaurs" and her teacher is Miss Cathy, who she likes very much! She goes 3 days a week for 3 hrs in the afternoon.
Showing off her elephant backpack. I didn't "catch" that expression. That is the look she wanted for the picture.
She said, "Mommy, I want to take a picture like this". Aren't the directors usually behind the camera?
Kirby and his beloved pillow. They make quite a pair!

Welcome to the Saggau House!
Please, come in and stay awhile!
We have been a busy little crew, lately. We just enjoyed a visit w/ Paul Sr. and Mary. They stayed for a week and let the kiddos run them ragged. It was soooo nice to get a break! I even got to take a couple of naps. That doesn't happen very often.
Saturday, the 13th was my 20 yr high school reunion! I can't believe how fast it's all gone and how good we all still look. *wink* It was fun to see old friends and get back in touch. Not as many people showed up as we had hoped, but maybe we'll see more at the 25th.
London has been a busy little bee with preschool and soccer practice. She just loves preschool and tells me daily about the friends she plays with. Soccer is another great social event for her as well. Her BFF, Elle, is on the team, as well. They tend to distract each other and ultimately forget why they are there, but as long as they are having fun, then I'm happy.
Kirby is getting bigger and bigger by the day. It's hard to keep up with the clothes! He grows out of them so soon. The boy is into everything and afraid of nothing! One of his favorite games is for Mom or Dad to toss him in the air and let him come down on the bed. He also gets a kick out of being held upside-down or just a good game of wrestling will suit him fine. He's cuter & cuter everyday, and I'm beginning to think he knows it!
Paul is still working hard supporting his family at Richmond American Homes. He doesn't get much time to himself as London loves to tag along on just about every errand. They are quite the pair. Right now, evenings are all about baseball, as is his Halloween outfit. He's going as a Minnesota Twins player. Just like he did in 2006 and 2005.
Speaking of Halloween - London is going to be a pink poodle and Kirby, a green dinosaur. I'm going to be a dead chef. We will be going to the nearby church's Trunk or Treat on the Saturday before Halloween. We go with several of the neighbors. This will be our third year. It's so much fun and London has a ball! Of course, her BFF, Elle is there, too!
Well, that's enough for now. How about some pictures?
