And now, number one...

As I previewed this video prior to posting, it struck me that there are few pictures or video of The Boy when he is not drooling. It is hard to believe he could drool so much and not upset the hydrologic balance of the Earth. Anyway - Daddy is teaching him to do boy stuff (this concerns Amanda a bit). I present to you my latest achievement - The Boy growling...

And now...London The Artist...

My thanks to the one person (whoever you are) that voted for me in the contest of the previous post. Frankly, W.C Fields was right when he said he never wanted to work with kids or animals because they had the capacity to upstage him every time.

Enjoy!

Love,

Paul, Amanda, London & Kirby

A Contest - We Need Your Votes!

Two of the well-known, local artist here in Saggau Town have challenged each other to a "duel" of sorts. Both have entered their renditions of the exterior of Saggau House. Both are certain that theirs is the best. I, as a fair and impartial mommy & wife, do not feel fit to judge and Kirby couldn't care less. He just wants to eat.

We need your help to to determine which is the better doodle and end this stand-off once & for all. Please, submit your votes in the voting box on the right. One vote per person, please.

London's house is on the left, Daddy's house is on the right. Don't let his embellishments of kitties in the front yard sway you. You are judging the house only.

May the best (and cutest) artist win!

Dora Goes Exploring...

in the dryer. Funny, that wasn't on the map.

London loves to play with her dolls in the bathroom sink. There is almost always a swimming party of sorts going on in there. Not long ago, London decided her plush Dora doll she received from Aunt Kathy wanted to join in on the fun. But now Dora is all wet. She needs to get dry. How do we get to dry? Let's check the map!

The map says we need to first, find a towel. Then we need to take a spin in the dryer. After that, we go on to our friend, London!

Towel. Dryer. London. Let's go! Vamonos!

Here's our little explorer soaking wet. She's found the towel. Now where does she need to go? That's right! The dryer!
Dora has found the dryer thanks to her buen amiga, Mommy. Dora goes for a spin in the dryer as Mommy tries to expain the difference between plush and plastic to London.
Spin, Dora, spin! Dora says, "Estoy entrando loco aquĆ!"
After a brief ride on "fluff", Dora is ready to continue the expedition to her amiga, London!
Dora has found her explorador del compaƱero, London. THEY DID IT! Both are ready to start a new adventure. Come on! Let's go! Vamonos!

A day in the life of Little Dude...

The Boy dropped a can of corn on his toe. Oh, yeah - he's gonna lose that nail.
This was (understandably) his reaction.
Next day, he decided to rearrange the Tupperware cabinet.
Some things he can do without his big sister taking over. I keep telling her that one day, he is going to be much bigger than she is. This kind of forward thinking doesn't seem to sink in with a three year old.
After a hard day, it's back to sawing logs.
